After having two previous plumbers try to solve our sewage smell in the ensuite, Sam was the only person who was able to identify and fix the issue. He also did a fantastic job relining an outdoor drain at a reasonable price compared to others we looked at. Now we're looking at updating our vanity and he'll be the person we call for the installation.

Calling in unknown tradespeople always comes with some trepidation but Sam was professional, upfront, informative and hardworking. His quoting process was open and honest. He was respectful of us and our property, arrived when he said he would, kept us informed as the job progressed and cleaned up after the job was completed. Sam takes pride in his workmanship and has a genuine interest in ensuring customer satisfaction. Sam responded quickly to our drain flooding crisis. Our old root filled, cracked pipes needed extensive work.
